Facon de Venise Bowl with White Ribbing

This is a very unusual large facon de Venise bowl in the style of the 17th Century.  It was probably made in the 19th or 20th Century.  It is made of clear glass with white ribbing sandwiched between two layers “a mezza stampaura”.
